Born in the field—
a worship slide solution

KOA SLIDE didn't start in a lab. It started in a church plant, preparing worship every week.

Built KOA SLIDE in the trenches of church planting and media ministry.

A developer who
loves worship.

KOA SLIDE is less about flashy features and more about giving ministry leaders time back for worship.

Starting with PowerPoint, then trying many paid and free slide tools, I kept wishing for something that fit church plants and small congregations. In media ministry I handled video, sound, slides, and live output firsthand— learning the limits small churches actually hit. That experience became today's KOA SLIDE.

What the name
KOA carries

Ko + A — named with Korean American Church in mind.

01

Korean American

The name was shaped with Korean immigrant churches and Korean American communities in view. Emphasizing Ko and A holds that context in the name itself.

02

Multicultural ministry

Not worship in one language only—worship where cultures and languages meet. It started from the real needs of bilingual and multicultural ministry.

03

Core Solution

KOA also reads like "core." The goal is not flash, but a core worship slide solution your church can rely on week after week.

A community that grew
from one person

Starting an immigrant church alone, growing together, and carrying the weight of bilingual ministry and media needs along the way.

  1. 01

    The start of planting

When ministry began at an immigrant church, everything was small— people, space, equipment. But worship was not small. A community that began with one heart slowly found its footing.

  2. 02

    Multicultural and bilingual reality

As the community grew, language and culture grew more diverse too. One screen had to hold Korean and English at once; people of different generations and backgrounds had to worship together. Bilingual slides and multicultural worship became a weekly burden.

  3. 03

Media ministry grew with the church

As the community reached about 80 people, worship changed with it. Songs, sermons, video, announcements, bilingual slides— I prepared and supported whatever media ministry the church needed.

  4. 04

Building the tool in the field

After PowerPoint and many other slide tools, the need for something built for church plants and small churches became urgent. A developer's hands and a pastor's needs came together— and that became KOA SLIDE.

Tools should be simpler
so you can focus on worship.

KOA SLIDE is less about flashy features and more about giving ministry leaders time back for worship.

Korean-English worship, too few volunteers, orders that change at the last minute— the worries that repeat in the field are built into this tool one by one. It started as "what I needed," and now I want to share it with churches walking the same road.

Still refining it
every week in the field.

KOA SLIDE is less a finished product than a tool that grows with worship. Share your feedback and experience—we'll carry it into what comes next.
